Thank you very much all for a perfect stay for a personal visit. The room was well-appointed and well laid out, with safe and spectacular views of the park. The bed was nice, the bathroom was luxury too. Location: the hotel was really close to the downtown area. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was smooth.

Great service and location!
This place is right across from Boston Commons, perfect for exploring! The staff was super attentive, helping with everything, even arranging rides. The Bristol restaurant was decent for dinner, but not mind-blowing. One thing tho, the check-in experience was a bit awkward. Still, the vibes were great overall!

The view from our room could have been better.

The convenient location near the Boston Public Garden made it easy to conduct business and enjoy leisurely walks. The room was beautifully designed and had really good bedding that ensured a restful night. I appreciated the efficient service from the staff, particularly the concierge, who helped me find a great local lunch spot. Dining at the restaurant provided good meals that matched the hotel's high standards.
The bathroom was slightly smaller than expected.

missingWrote a review on 25 Septbreakfast delays
While the room itself is fantastic, the breakfast situation requires some attention. It took ages to be served and often arrived incorrect. The pricing feels on the higher side, which can be a letdown when the quality of room service doesn't match the expectations for a place like this. I expected more for my investment.
